Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality (Design & Supervision)
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer (male or female) in Riyadh to work at Masharee Company — Smart Media's owner — leading the interior design and site supervision of its hospitality projects.
This is a hospitality role: hotels, serviced apartments, resorts and their restaurants and public areas — designed and delivered to hotel-operator standards. It is not a residential villas-and-apartments role.

Responsibilities
- Lead interior design for hospitality projects from concept through detailed design to handover
- Prepare design packages: concept and mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, detailed and shop drawings
- Specify finishes, lighting and FF&E, and prepare specifications, schedules and BOQ inputs
- Apply hotel-operator brand standards and design guidelines to every space
- Supervise execution on site: inspect works, approve samples and mock-ups, and keep quality and finish consistent with the design
- Review and approve contractors' and suppliers' shop drawings and material submittals
- Coordinate with architecture, MEP, the contractors and the consultants, and resolve site conflicts quickly
- Keep design budgets and timelines on track, and report progress to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least 10 years of interior design experience, with a clear track record in hospitality projects (hotels, serviced apartments or resorts)
- Real experience in both design and site supervision — taking projects from drawings to finished, handed-over spaces
- Working knowledge of hotel-operator brand standards and FF&E
- Strong command of AutoCAD and a 3D tool (3ds Max / V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit or similar)
- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local site practice
- Based in Riyadh, with a transferable Iqama or Saudi nationality, and available to join immediately
- Arabic and English

المهام
- قيادة التصميم الداخلي لمشاريع الضيافة من الفكرة إلى التصميم التفصيلي ثم التسليم
- إعداد حزم التصميم: الفكرة ولوحات المزاج، والمخططات، والتصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد، والمخططات التفصيلية والتنفيذية
- تحديد التشطيبات والإضاءة والأثاث والتجهيزات (FF&E)، وإعداد المواصفات والجداول ومدخلات جداول الكميات
- تطبيق معايير العلامات الفندقية وأدلة التصميم الخاصة بالمشغّلين على كل مساحة
- الإشراف على التنفيذ في الموقع: فحص الأعمال، واعتماد العينات والنماذج، وضمان مطابقة الجودة والتشطيب للتصميم
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية واعتمادات المواد المقدّمة من المقاولين والموردين
- التنسيق مع المعماري والأعمال الكهروميكانيكية والمقاولين والاستشاريين، وحل تعارضات الموقع بسرعة
- ضبط ميزانيات التصميم والجداول الزمنية، ورفع تقارير التقدم للإدارة
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو العمارة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي، مع سجل واضح في مشاريع الضيافة (فنادق أو شقق فندقية أو منتجعات)
- خبرة فعلية في التصميم والإشراف معاً — من المخططات حتى تسليم المساحات منتهية
- معرفة عملية بمعايير العلامات الفندقية وبالأثاث والتجهيزات (FF&E)
- إتقان AutoCAD وأحد برامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد (3ds Max / V-Ray أو SketchUp أو Revit أو ما يماثلها)
- معرفة بكود البناء السعودي وممارسات التنفيذ المحلية
- مقيم/ة في الرياض بإقامة قابلة للنقل أو مواطن/ة سعودي/ة، ومتاح/ة للمباشرة فوراً
- العربية والإنجليزية
🎯 يُشترط إرفاق ملف أعمال (بورتفوليو) لمشاريع ضيافة منفّذة مع الطلب.
