We are looking for a Project Manager to run client delivery at Smart Media in Riyadh, from an approved brief to final handover — holding the schedule, the resources and the budget, and acting as the link between the teams and the client.

Responsibilities

  • Turn the approved brief into a delivery plan with a timeline, tasks and clear ownership
  • Allocate resources across design, motion, production and content, and watch the workloads
  • Track daily progress and raise risks before they turn into delays
  • Hold the scope, and manage change requests along with their effect on time and cost
  • Run kick-offs, reviews and handovers with the client
  • Track budget and team hours against what was agreed
  • Close the project: final handover, archiving, and a written record of what was learned

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in project management, agency or production side preferred
  • Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
  • Confident with project management and task tracking tools
  • Able to hold scope and say no without damaging the client relationship
  • Organised and precise in follow-up and documentation
  • Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate

Preferred

  • PMP or an equivalent certification
  • Experience with government projects and their approval cycles
  • Familiarity with production and post workflows and review stages

نبحث عن مدير مشاريع يقود تنفيذ مشاريع العملاء في سمارت ميديا بالرياض، من اعتماد الموجز حتى التسليم النهائي — يمسك الجدول والموارد والميزانية، ويكون نقطة الوصل بين الفرق والعميل.

المهام

  • تحويل الموجز المعتمد إلى خطة تنفيذ بجدول زمني ومهام ومسؤوليات واضحة
  • توزيع الموارد بين فرق التصميم والموشن والإنتاج والمحتوى، ومتابعة أحمال العمل
  • متابعة التقدّم اليومي ورفع المخاطر قبل أن تتحوّل إلى تأخير
  • ضبط نطاق العمل وإدارة طلبات التغيير وأثرها على الوقت والتكلفة
  • إدارة اجتماعات الانطلاق والمراجعات والتسليم مع العميل
  • متابعة الميزانية وساعات الفريق مقابل المتّفق عليه
  • إغلاق المشروع: التسليم النهائي والأرشفة وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة

المتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضّل داخل وكالة أو بيئة إنتاج
  • إجادة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
  • إتقان أدوات إدارة المشاريع وتتبّع المهام
  • القدرة على ضبط النطاق وقول «لا» دون كسر العلاقة مع العميل
  • تنظيم ودقة في المتابعة والتوثيق
  • الإقامة في الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها

يُفضّل

  • شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها
  • خبرة بمشاريع الجهات الحكومية ودوراتها الإجرائية
  • إلمام بسير عمل الإنتاج والمونتاج ومراحل المراجعة
