Project Coordinator / Senior Architect
Smart Media is recruiting a Project Coordinator / Senior Architect in Riyadh. The role sits with Masharee Real Estate Company — Smart Media's owner — and that is who you would be employed by.
We are looking for an architect who has lived inside a technical office: someone who keeps a drawing set, a consultant and a contractor all saying the same thing, and who catches the clash on paper rather than on site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design activities and project deliverables across the project's stages
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams so the design stays aligned and delivery stays on time
- Check each drawing set against the project requirements and the applicable Saudi codes before it is issued
- Track deliverables and raise conflicts early, while they are still cheap to resolve
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- More than 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in architectural design, detailed drawings and technical office operations
- Previous experience in the Saudi market
- Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills

نبحث عن معماري عاش داخل المكتب الفني: يُبقي لوحات التصميم والاستشاري والمقاول على كلمة واحدة، ويكتشف التعارض على الورق قبل أن يظهر في الموقع.
المهام
- تنسيق أعمال التصميم المعماري ومخرجات المشروع عبر مراحله
- إعداد ومراجعة اللوحات المعمارية التفصيلية والوثائق الفنية
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية لضمان اتساق التصميم والتسليم في وقته
- مطابقة كل حزمة لوحات مع متطلبات المشروع والكود السعودي المعتمد قبل إصدارها
- متابعة المخرجات ورفع التعارضات مبكراً وهي ما تزال سهلة المعالجة
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية
- خبرة تزيد على 7 سنوات في المجال
- خلفية قوية في التصميم المعماري واللوحات التفصيلية وأعمال المكتب الفني
- خبرة سابقة في السوق السعودي
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل والتنظيم
