Accounts Manager
We are looking for an Accounts Manager in Riyadh to work at Masharee Company — Smart Media's owner — and lead its accounts and finance.
The role owns the company's books end to end: accurate and timely records, a disciplined month-end and year-end close, financial statements management can rely on, and firm control of cash, receivables and payables.

Responsibilities
- Lead the accounts function and supervise the accounting team
- Run the month-end and year-end close, and prepare the financial statements and management reports
- Prepare budgets and cash-flow plans, and track actuals against them
- Project cost accounting: the costs, revenue and profitability of every project
- Receivables and payables: invoicing, collections, contractor and supplier payments, and payment certificates
- Bank reconciliations, internal controls and approval cycles
- Compliance with VAT, Zakat and ZATCA e-invoicing, and coordination with the external auditor
- Support management's financial decisions with clear, timely figures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with Saudi VAT, Zakat and ZATCA e-invoicing
- Strong command of IFRS and of preparing financial statements
- Experience with an ERP system (Odoo, ERPNext, SAP or similar) and advanced Excel
- Experience in contracting or project accounting is a strong advantage
- SOCPA, CMA or CPA is an advantage
- Arabic and English

الدور يقوم على إدارة دفاتر الشركة من أولها إلى آخرها: قيود دقيقة وفي وقتها، وإقفال شهري وسنوي منضبط، وقوائم مالية تعتمد عليها الإدارة، وضبط محكم للنقد والذمم المدينة والدائنة.

المهام
- إدارة قسم الحسابات والإشراف على فريق المحاسبة
- تنفيذ الإقفال الشهري والسنوي، وإعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير الإدارية
- إعداد الموازنات وخطط التدفق النقدي، ومتابعة الفعلي مقابل المخطط
- محاسبة تكاليف المشاريع: تكاليف كل مشروع وإيراداته وربحيته
- الذمم المدينة والدائنة: الفوترة والتحصيل ومدفوعات المقاولين والموردين والمستخلصات
- التسويات البنكية والرقابة الداخلية ودورات الاعتماد
- الالتزام بضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة والفوترة الإلكترونية لدى هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، والتنسيق مع المراجع الخارجي
- دعم قرارات الإدارة المالية بأرقام واضحة وفي وقتها
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور قيادي أو إشرافي
- خبرة عملية بضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة والفوترة الإلكترونية في المملكة
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS) وبإعداد القوائم المالية
- خبرة في نظام تخطيط موارد (Odoo أو ERPNext أو SAP أو ما يماثلها) وإتقان Excel
- الخبرة في محاسبة المقاولات أو المشاريع ميزة قوية
- شهادة SOCPA أو CMA أو CPA ميزة
- العربية والإنجليزية
